Description
The filet mignon is made by slicing the fabulous beef tenderloin roast into steaks. In grain-fed beef the tenderloin doesn't seem to have much flavor and is usually served with a heavy sauce. Our filets are lean, but have an abundance of beef flavor so no need for that sauce!
The livestock are treated humanely, grass fed, raised with no synthetic hormones and are antibiotic free. They work hard to implement regenerative agricultural land management practices, focusing on a well-managed grazing system that can regenerate grassland, build soil, sequester carbon, protect local watersheds and natural resources. The cattle are food shed sourced—born, raised, processed, sold and distributed locally, supporting local businesses and maximizing the direct relationship.
