Description: This coffee stands out for its rich and complex flavor notes. We created a blend of
40% of Ethiopian Acacia light roast combined with 60% of Brazilian Castilla Medium Dark Roast.
This results in a bold base of nutty, chocolately, and smooth notes, highlighted with bursts of
plum and dried fruit. This coffee is complex and balanced, is great as a french press or
pour-over (with or without cream), and is also incredible as a shot of espresso. Enjoy!
